How to book?

Let's Guide You Step by Step

1.        Send us your inquiry. 

When you are organizing an event, you may be interested in one of our services, or you may have your own idea of event. please send us an email to info@lzculture.com.cn or complete an online inquiry form at the end of the booking button to share your idea to us. You can even click online QQ; or Wechat; WhatsApp service to chat with our consultants to get a immediate response. When you sending us your preferred request, please do not forget to leave an active telephone number or instant contact like email; Wechat or WhatsApp to get more effective and prompt service. 

2.        Get quotation   

Once LZ Culture gets your inquiry, your case would be handed over to a professional consultant and He/she will response by email, telephone or online instant contact within 24 hours, your consultant will communicate with you until we fully understand your idea and need.

LZ Culture provide 1 to 1 consultant service from the beginning to the end, you will have your own professional consultant to take care of all the things include the solve your problems during the whole booking. 

3.        Free Discuss and Change until it meets your need

After the informative communication, your professional consultant will give you the designed - schedule and a quote based on your idea, please feel free to discuss and modify the itinerary, services and price quotation with us until it fully meets your need.

4.        Sign the contract and Payment deposit 

Please fix your schedule with your consultant and get a final schedule with agreed price quotation. Your consultant will prepare a formal contract for you include your info, your company info, fixed agenda, price quotation, payment info, insurance info, terms and condition of booking items, etc. please read this contract and get us back with your opinion, your consultant will modify the contract until making agreement. Please sign your name on each page of the contract and fax or email the signed contract to your consultant.

Pay deposit according to the request in Payment info, LZ Culture Normally ask for 20-30% of the local arrangement fee and 100% of flight tickets and transportation fee as deposit when you book the whole MICE items, we sometimes ask for more than 30% to 100% if you book the items urgently or your booking is considered as a usual case.

After signing the contract, you will continue to the next payment process.

5.        Get Confirmation

After booking an item and pay deposit, we will list a plan to arrange each service item in your contract, like the design that you satisfied; air tickets, train tickets, hotel meeting rooms, restaurants; transportation booking etc. And 3-5 days before your event starts, you will get all confirmation of local all contact info etc.

6.        Go to Destination to enjoy your booking items

Please contact your consultant when you need his/her help when you meet any problems, if you are not satisfied with any of our service, please feel free to point it out and give us a chance to correct it immediately.

If your contract includes a rest payment in LZ Culture, please kindly pay it in one week after the event formally ends.
